Jenny’s Poppy Dressing

Jenny’s Poppy Dressing

This recipe might look familiar, thats because you may have seen it before in my Rainbow Salad Recipe.  However, feed back for this dressing has been so positive I decided to let it have its own page.  To be honest with you, I happen to really like poppy seed dressing, but many of the brands out there add too many allergens.  The ones that don’t just cost too much and I do not want to pay $5-$7 for a bottle of dressing, especially if I only need a little dressing once in a while.  I am horrible in letting bottled dressing just sit in the refrigerator door for eternity.  (Ok, maybe not eternity but till it gets moldy and rotten…LOL)  I guess that is why I prefer to make small batches at a time.  This dressing is real easy to whip up and works on many of your salads (like my Rainbow Salad).
