Homemade Ranch Dressing
I have to tell you, this particular recipe has been very difficult for me. I really wanted to make a light, tangy ranch dressing that was dairy-free. Ahhhh…now you understand the difficulty in making this particular dressing. First we have to balance all the herbs and seasoning and then figure out how to make this dressing creamy without the dairy. True… I could of used a non-dairy yogurt as a base but the taste of a coconut or soy based yogurt takes a major rebalance of the seasoning and liquid content. I wanted this to be a straight-forward and easy recipe for you all. Literally after a month of making countless batches, this is what I think works the best. This is a light ranch with a balance of fresh and dried herbs. The best part is that the dressing is gluten free, dairy free, delicious and has a vegan option. Not too shabby right? Enjoy this homemade ranch dressing my friends…

I could eat Ranch dressing with a spoon, but so many brands taste fake and manufactured. So I can’t wait to try this version out!! Looks divine, and I like anything homemade! Thanks, friend!

That is exactly how my kids like it! Although one of them likes to dip her tortilla chips in it…her version of ranch Doritos? 😀
