Salsa Fresca, the name says it all doesn’t it? Salsa Fresca means “Fresh Sauce” in Spanish. Its clean, its fresh and its gluten free! Plus, you can always customized it to your taste. The best thing about this salsa is that its so much more than just something that goes on your tortilla chips. This is also great on grilled steak, chicken or fish. Remember the empanadas we made earlier this week…this would make a great accompaniment!
- 4 Cups of Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup of Diced Onions
- 1/4 Cup of Chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 Tsp. of Chopped Jalepeno
- 1/2 Tsp. of Minced Garlic
- 1/2 Tsp. of Pink Sea Salt
- 4 Tsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Combine all the ingredients together and let it sit for 20min before serving.
