As I stare at my produce (yes, there is also a protein pile in the fridge) from grocery shopping, I see how people can be intimidated by food prepping. I think there are 3 steps we need to take…

  1. Make a list of what you want to do with the food.
  2. Think about where you are going to store it (freezer or fridge).
  3. Most important!!!! Set aside some time. When you know you don’t need to rush to get someplace, you will be calmer in accomplishing your goals.
