Meal Prepping Mindset
As I stare at my produce (yes, there is also a protein pile in the fridge) from grocery shopping, I see how people can be intimidated by food prepping. I think there are 3 steps we need to take…
- Make a list of what you want to do with the food.
- Think about where you are going to store it (freezer or fridge).
- Most important!!!! Set aside some time. When you know you don’t need to rush to get someplace, you will be calmer in accomplishing your goals.
