Asian Ginger Dressing

Asian Ginger Dressing

My Ma would make this dressing during the summer. We would grill up some shrimp and she would toss the shrimp with some chopped green onions and water chestnuts.  She wrapped the shrimp mixture into lettuce leaves to look like little burritos, while I pull out my favorite bowls with the cats on it. Each little bowl was then filled with this dressing for us to dip our lettuce wraps into it.  It was perfect…

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tsp. garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 Tsp. raw organic honey (Vegan Option:Agave)
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 Tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • Pink salt (to taste)

Direction:

Combine garlic, ginger, honey, vinegar, oil, and lime juice in a small bowl.
