Cajun Spices
When you are trying to eat cleaner and you have limited use of butter, olive oil or sauces…your spice rack becomes your best friend. At first, I was very hesitant and let’s be honest intimidated by using spices. However, there is so much flexibility to mixing your own and you know exactly what is in each mix. This one is a favorite of the family to use with our salmon. You can use it with chicken, beef and popcorn too! There is a kick to it with the cayenne pepper but that is reflective of cajun cuisine. The ingredients below will make enough to fit a small spice jar.
