I first made this to accompany the “Green Eggs and Ham” dish but I soon got addicted to it. I liked it on my dish, I like it on my fish…I like it over here, I like it over there…. 😀
Ingredients:
• 3tsp lemon juice
• ¼ cup of cilantro
• zest of a quarter of a lemon
• 2 tsp of olive oil
• 1 tsp of water or broth
• 1/4th tsp of salt
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together till smooth and serve.
